The Basilica of Sacré Coeur de Montmartre (Sacred Heart of Montmartre, 사크레쾨르 대성당)
I visited Paris, France for the second time in December 2022. On my first visit, I took my Canon EOS 1Ds Mark II, but it's a very old model, and it's very difficult to expect the quality of stroboscopic shots, especially indoors. So this time, I went in with a different mindset.
Sacré-Coeur Cathedral (The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris) is the symbol of Montmartre Hill. Paris is a relatively flat city with few mountains or high points, which is why the Montmartre hill, which overlooks the city, is so popular.
No reservations are required to enter.
There is no entrance fee, but you pay an additional 6 euros to climb the dome.
The most common route to the Montmartre hill by metro is through here.
As with any tourist attraction in Paris, the lines are long and waiting is a must.
I circled clockwise around the entrance and looked at it.
I spent about an hour trying to find out what was written on the above tablet, but in the end, I was unable to find anything about it. I ended up typing in the contents of the tablet character by character and translating it through Google Translate.
I'm kind of shocked that there wasn't anything meaningful in there.

In my opinion, France is a country that is infinitely uncomfortable for English speakers unless you speak French. Almost all tourist attractions do not have descriptions in English. At almost every tourist attraction, the descriptions are almost always in French.

Anyway, let's continue with the story.
