This is Jaenggang-chum(clank dance).
This dance gets and make inspiration in Korean female shaman(necromancer).
Hand is lifting clinking, head put on a sorceress's cap that necromancer uses.
If you concentrate in this movie, you may hear clanking sound. :-)
