Me and my friend did not make some scheme for this travel. Because we had enough time. First of all, I wanted to do not receive stress by achievement of plan. So, we had planed about departure day and departure method only.
I wanted to get into time to give a rest of mind that travel to relish this travel is not. However, from conclusion as it were, my plan finished by failure. Because it had become perfect travel.
However, since travel ends almost, I began to have quiet gradually. And it saw the light in a last day of our travel. Because I met wind finally the day.

Truth does not change always.
It is a human that change.
And it is truth that human must change. If human did not change, because would not exist up to now. That capacitate change is time also. It is window and shield same thing.
Time heals all wounds. I hope so.

Anyway, Method to use the airplane or ship to go to Jeju-do in Seoul is only.
We should choice the most economical method. And we go from Seoul to Wando having a car, and selected method to load a car on ship and enter Jeju.
We bought sleeping bag and tent and materials that can make food. We Started Seoul early the morning to take ship 3 pm. It is never near distance from Seoul to Wando. We drove about 6 hours.

We load a car on ship in Wando and left for Jeju.
If you are going to stay in Jeju for less than 4 day, you want to persuade that you fly in a plane simply and use rent car after go to Jeju in my thinking.
However, if is going to stay in Jeju more than 4 day, it may be more economical that have a car.

I had taken ship for the first time that time. I had experience that had taken fishhook ship which is very small two times, but so, passenger ship had taken first time in my life. It was very big excitement.
If you have enough time, I want to persuade that you go to Jeju using ship. If is when your native place is not island, because it is not common that travel using passenger ship in the South Korea usually.

When we go from Wando to Jeju, the weather is very fine. However, when go from Jeju to Wando, waves had waved very high. I think it that is good luck to me.
Because could enjoy all enjoyable all sentiments by ship. Of course, I should do some nausea.
However, may not compare image of the any sea that I saw in my life with sea that was towering and beautiful of that time. It was the most captivating sea among the sea that I had seen. I felt impulse that want to jump down to the sea sincerely. I can not explain about it. Because it was captivating more than thing which you imagine.
I have movie file about it. I think that may show it.

Actually, this movie can feel big waves and rude wind sound only. I saw the sea of captivating impression that had felt since sky begins to grow dark slowly. However, the captivating color sense and impression were not included in this movie. Because it is color of possible space by human's eye and sensitivity only.

Anyway, we arrived in Jeju at about 6 pm and we stayed in the motel near 'Yongduam(Dragon Head Rock)' that is situated in place that is not far in our passenger terminal.

about Yongduam(Dragon Head Rock, 용두암)

This basalt rock formation, known as "Dragon Head Rock", is said to have once been a dragon that lived in the Dragon King's pa;ace benrath the sea and, in its desire to reach heaven, was turned onto stone.
The submerged body of this oddly shaped structure is the result of the solidification of flowing lava during a volcanic eruption and is about 30 meters long with its head rising to about 10 meters above the sea.
Two legends exist as to the circumstances that led this dragon to meet its fate here by the sea. In one version, a dragon came to Mt. Halla as the emissary of the Dragon King to gatherthe elixir of youth. However, the other version asserts that a dragon that was ascending to heaven was said to have grabbed a sacred jade stone in its mouth which had belonged to the guardian of Mt. Halla. In either case, the legend purports that the guardian of Mt. Halla struck the dragon with an arrow causing it to fall into the sea, leaving only the head protruding above the wather to eternally wail over its fate.
If stared at steadily from about 100 meters 20 the west when the waves are moderately higt, the dragon's head may seem to roar and sway.
To the east of Dragon Head Rock is Dragon Pool where, it is claimed, this dragon lived.

나와 나의 친구는 이번 여행을 위해 어떠한 계획도 만들지 않았다. 우리는 충분한 시간을 갖고 있었기 때문이다. 무엇보다 나는 계획의 수행에 따른 스트레스를 받지 않기를 원했다. 그래서 우리는 단지 출발일과 출발 방법에 대해서만 계획 했었다.
나는 이번 여행을 즐기기 위한 여행이 아닌 마음의 휴식을 주기 위한 시간이 되기를 원했다. 하지만 결론부터 말하자면 나의 계획은 실패로 끝났다. 왜냐하면 그것은 완벽한 여행이 되어버렸기 때문이였다.
하지만 여행이 거의 끝날 무렵부터 나는 조금씩 마음의 평화를 갖기 시작했다. 그리고 그것은 우리의 여행의 마지막 날에 그 빛을 보게 되었다. 왜냐하면 나는 그날 마침내 바람을 만났기 때문이다.

진리는 항상 변하지 않는다.
변하는 것은 사람이다.
그리고 인간이 변해야 하는 것은 진리이다. 왜냐하면 이제까지 인간이 변하지 않았다면 이제까지 생존하지 못하였을 것이기 때문이다. 변화를 가능하게 하는 것 또한 시간이다. 그것은 창과 방패 같은 것이다.

어쨌든, 서울에서 제주도로 가기 위해서는 비행기나 배를 이용하는 방법이 유일하다.
우리는 가장 경제적인 방법을 선택해야했다. 그리고 우리는 차를 갖고 서울에서 완도까지 가고, 차를 배에 싣고 제주로 들어가는 방법을 선택했다.
우리는 침낭과 텐트와 음식을 만들 수 있는 재료들을 구입했다. 우리는 오후 3시 배를 타기 위해 아침 일찍 서울을 출발하였다. 서울에서 완도까지는 결코 가까운 거리가 아니다. 우리는 대략 6시간을 운전했다.

우리는 완도에서 차를 배에 싣고 제주로 향했다.
만약에 당신이 4일 미만 동안 제주에 머물 것이라면 내 생각에 당신은 그냥 비행기를 타고 제주로 간 후 렌트카를 이용하라고 권하고 싶다.
하지만 만약 4일 이상 제주에 머물 것이라면 차를 갖어 가는 것이 더욱 경제적일 것이다.

나는 그때 처음으로 배를 탔었다. 나는 매우 작은 낚시배를 두번 탔었던 경험은 있었지만 그렇게 큰 배는 처음 타봤었다. 그것은 매우 큰 흥분이였다.
만약에 당신이 충분한 시간을 갖고 있다면 나는 당신이 배를 이용해서 제주를 가는 것을 권하고 싶다. 만약에 당신의 고향이 섬이 아닌 경우라면 일반적으로 한국에서 여객선을 이용하여 여행하는 것은 흔하지 않기 때문이다.

완도에서 제주로 갈 때 날씨는 매우 좋았다. 하지만 제주에서 완도로 갈 때 파도가 매우 높게 쳤었다. 나는 그것을 행운이라고 생각한다.
왜냐하면 배로 즐길 수 있는 모든 기분을 다 즐길 수 있었기 때문이다. 물론 나는 약간의 배멀미를 해야만 했다.
하지만 내가 내 삶에서 봤던 그 어떠한 바다의 모습도 그때의 그 크고 높고 아름다웠던 바다와는 비교할 수 없을 것이다. 그것은 내가 봤었던 바다 중에서 가장 매혹적인 바다였다. 나는 진심으로 그 바다로 뛰어내리고 싶은 충동을 느꼈다. 나는 그것에 대해 설명할 수 없다. 그것은 당신이 상상하는 것 이상으로 매혹적이였기 때문이다.
나는 그것에 대한 동영상 파일을 갖고 있다. 나는 그것을 보여줄 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다.

실제로 이 영상은 단지 큰 파도와 거친 바람만 느낄 수 있다. 내가 느꼈었던 매혹적인 느낌의 바다는 서서히 어두워지기 시작할 때부터 시작되었다. 하지만 이 영상에서 그 매혹적인 색감과 느낌은 포함되지 않았다. 왜냐하면 그것은 오직 인간의 눈과 감성으로만 가능한 공간의 색이기 때문이다.

어쨌든 우리는 대략 6시에 제주에 도착했고 우리는 우리의 여객 터미널에서 멀지 않은 곳에 위치한 용두암 근처의 모텔에 머물렀다.

용두암에 대해...

바다 속 용궁에서 살던 용이 하늘로 오르다가 굳어진 모습과 같다고 하여 용두암 또는 용머리라고 한다.
바다 속에 잠긴 몸통의 길이가 30미터, 바다 위로 나온 머리 높이가 10미터가 된다. 화산이 폭발할 때 용암이 굳어져서 이루어진 기암이다.
전설에 의하면 용왕의 사자가 한라산에 불로장생의 약초를 캐러 왔다가 혹은 아득한 옛날 용이 승천하면서 한라산 신령의 옥구슬을 훔쳐 물고 달아나다가 한라산 신령이 쏜 화살에 맞아서 몸뚱이는 바다에 잠기고 머리만 나와서 울부짖는 것이라고 한다.
용두암은 서쪽 100m 쯤에서 파도가 칠 때 보게되면 살아 움직이는 듯한 생동감이 드러난다.
